This week's series of curated presentations is, as you may have guessed from Monday's interview with Dr. Jay Parkinson, on the theme of health.

First, Daniel Hooker writes about how health professionals can connect with the right sources on the internet. He has also written a blog post to explain the presentation. He says:

....there is a lot of questionable health information out there on the Web. As we (health professionals, activated patients, and health communicators) are the ones armed with the ability to distinguish good information from questionable, I feel it is our duty to share and promote this content as much as possible through our various networks and channels on the Web.

Second, WEGO Health, a community platform for health activists, provide some tips on how to be a successful health activist online.

And finally, Firsthand Technologies in Seattle, a company that builds interactive virtual reality applications for business, education and research, are the authors of this presentation on how a game resulted in improved self-care habits.
