The A-Z of Internet Metaphors - Metaphwoar 2011

I was lucky enough to be asked to take part in this year's Metaphwoar, organised by Andy Whitlock and Poke as part of Intenet Week Europe.

I decided to make it as difficult for myself as possible by doing an A to Z of Internetty metaphors, instead of merely talking about one (because I probably wouldn't  have enough to say).

The A-Z deck is here. Thanks for all the help I got from various people like Isaac and Leila.

 

My fellow speakers were awesome and you should check the other videos out here - especially Mr Bingo's, which was hilariously well observed.

It was a brilliant night. Big thanks to Andy and Poke for asking me to take part. It made me wonder if there should be a more regular event in London that's a cross between interesting and funny. It feels like we should be taking the piss out of the Internet much more than we do. It deserves it.
