It has never been harder to find and keep new talent. With 85% of the jobs we’ll be doing in 2030 yet to be designed, businesses are in a race to make sure that they are attracting the very best talent on a continuous basis.

At Made by Many, we have always taken an interest in offering opportunities to people at the beginning of their careers. For us, it has never just been about finding new talent. We work hard to stay ahead of those in our field and a great way of doing this is by incorporating the thoughts and opinions of people who are new to their trade. We value our interns because they see the world through their eyes – not ours.

Our 2019 internship is now open to applications so, if you’re excited by making products that matter and would like the opportunity to explore this through a three-month internship, read on.

First started in 2012, our internships have offered our participants a wide range of opportunities, including:

  • First-hand experience of working in cross-functional teams.
  • Real client briefs.
  • Professional development through a structured programme of work.
  • Support and guidance from industry-leading practitioners.
  • Experience testing your ideas with real people.
  • Launching real products into market.

Our interns have produced some incredible products while working on our internship program - Hackaball and ‘Test+Build’ for example - and we’re massively proud of them.

Once again, we’re looking for a Digital Product Designer, Developer and Product Manager to join us and to work in a cross-functional way.

Things to note:

  • The internship runs for 10 weeks (July-September)
  • This is a paid, full-time position (40 hours/week)
  • We require that you work here, in person, in our canal-side London studio
  • We are currently only accepting people who are eligible to work in the EU
  • Applications close 2nd June

If it sounds up your street use the links below to find out more about the specific roles and how to apply.

Digital Product Designer apply here

Digital product design is about believing you can make a change in people's’ lives and having an intentional process in order to get to new, relevant solutions that create a positive impact. As a designer, you are someone who cares about how (and why) successful, innovative products are made and enjoy solving real problems for real people.

Developer - apply here

You are technically curious about the way digital products work and have an interest in learning how to craft new experiences that respond to genuine people’s needs. You believe that people come first, technology second.

Product manager - apply here

You might be studying, or a recent graduate in a field like business, data, technology or entrepreneurship - or you might already be working and want to shift your career to focus on product management and strategy. Our product managers come from a diverse range of backgrounds and we’re open-minded about the type of person we’d like to join us this summer. If you can demonstrate a passion for what we do, and how we do it, then we’d love to hear from you.
