What a thrilling end to the week – Hackaball has been recognised by TIME as one of the best inventions of 2015 alongside Google Cardboard and the Tesla Model X.

At a time when demand for computer scientists is skyrocketing, most Americans get little or no exposure to coding during their formative years. Made by Many, a New York City–based digital-consulting firm, is trying to change that.

TIME, 19 November 2015

We’ve always known that Hackaball has the potential to change the lives of children, parents and teachers around the world, and it’s a great honour to be recognised in this way in the run-up to the product’s delivery to Kickstarter backers.

If you’d like to join the first group of Hackaball users, you can preorder it online from just $85.
