After recent conversations at the Made by Many London studio about improving communication across teams, coming up with after hours activities with more diverse appeal and finding inspiration outside our usual sources, we've started collecting and sharing the amazing stuff that gets sent round the office every week. And because sharing is caring, we're opening it up to you now so you know what's on our radar this week.

Tweet at @zociechowska if you'd like us to know about your cool thing.

What are we doing to become better workers/human beings?

Lego for leaders with Per Kristiansen, 13 August - This is a 1 day workshop about how LEGO Serious Play can help you become a better leader and team-worker.

Dialogues & Impact in Digital Health, UCL Festival of Digital Health, 3 July - A free festival about the future of health at UCL's Bloomsbury Campus.

Which articles are causing a stir in our office?

The Case Against Sharing by Susie Cagle - Why the sharing economy might not be as alluring as it seems.

The next thing Silicon Valley needs to disrupt big time: its own culture by Carlos Bueno - Some good self-reflection on Silicon Valley's 'mirrortocracy'.

What the CEO of 2040 will look like by Jane Porter - Mostly speculation, but not ridiculous.

What's on at the cinema?

The Internet's Own Boy: The Story of Aaron Swartz, August 27 - A special screening of this new documentary about Internet rights activist and Reddit co-founder, Aaron Swartz at the Frontline Club.

What are we tapping our feet to?

Robert Henke 'Lumière', Barbican Digital Revolution, 19 July - A spectacle of lasers and data sonification from German sound artist Robert Henke. Amazing for most, but not great if you suffer from epilepsy. Curated by Unsound Festival that should also be on your radar.

What kind of art and design are we stroking our chins to?

D&Ad New Blood Exhibition, 1-3 July - Meet some new design talent in London this week.

New Designers 2014, Business Design Centre, 2-5 July - Meet even more new design talent in London this week.

Marina Abramovic 512 Hours, Serpentine Gallery, until August 25 - Don't miss this one. Seriously. Even if you find contemporary/performance art difficult/ridiculous/pretentious/etc. this might (hopefully) change your view on things. If it doesn't, we'd love to hear why you didn't like it. Also, don't read the reviews beforehand, you will ruin it for yourself. Go on a Sunday or Saturday morning before 12pm for shorter queuing times.

What about sports?

Tour de France comes to London, 7 July - The World Cup is so passé!

What are we eating this week?

We're going to scoff down some pierogi at the best Polish restaurant in London.
