We're hiring: junior designer
As a Junior designer at Made by Many you will be crafting customer centred experiences for web, mobile or connected devices. With support from designers, strategists and developers you will help us create products and services that matter.
This could be your first role or you may have some experience elsewhere. Your work history isn't what is important here. We are searching for someone with an appetite for learning and the ability to explain the thought process behind their work. It's a given that you will have a passion for the web and relish the opportunity of creating sustainable, thoughtful digital products that have lasting impact.
Amongst other things, your job will involve:
- Working within multidisciplinary teams generating ideas and concept development.
- Prototyping and testing ideas in a variety of ways - from pen and paper, to Keynote & Flinto.
- Collaborating with clients, designers, strategists and developers.
- Taking responsibility for delivering finished designs to high standards and tight deadlines.
In addition to working alongside a team of experienced designers, you will also be assigned a design mentor to help you grow and develop new skills. However, we assume that you will already have a strong grounding in interaction design, form and function.
You will get to work with clients such as Universal Music, Microsoft, TED and the BBC. This position is based in our London office - an old canal-side wharf building in Islington where you would get to work with a lovely, talented bunch of makers and thinkers. And a crazy Weimaraner.
