Hiring: Full-stack Developer
We’re looking for a full-stack developer to join our growing team in New York.
At Made by Many we work with clients to conceive, design and build new product opportunities. It will be your job to create these products, working closely with designers and strategists to do so.
The work you will be doing will be diverse; from large production products to prototypes that test ideas with customers. It’s your job to be focused on making a successful product, not just a beautiful codebase.
We like to keep at the cutting edge with our front-end stack and use a wide range of frameworks and tools like React, Angular, Gulp, Browserify, Bower and Sass to build our products. You should have prior experience on the front-end working at a high level using at least one of these (or an equivalent) before.
On the back-end we use Ruby on Rails and experience working in that framework would be beneficial but isn’t a must; we’re happy to teach the right person. Ideally you would have had at least two years previous experience, but we’re flexible on this for the right candidate.
We work in an Agile manner, utilizing Scrum and Kanban techniques across small teams to ship product. We use Git for version control, pull requests to review code, continuous integration to deploy our products and Slack to improve our workflow.
Our New York studio is on Greene Street in SoHo where you’ll get to work with a lovely, talented bunch of makers and thinkers who are passionate about making great products. And a German Kleine Spitz, aptly named Kleine.
