What are we eating this week?
Pumpkin korokke curry is the vegetarian equivalent of chicken katsu curry which may be even more comforting that the its meat equivalent (!). Think deep fried pumpkin croquettes served with spicy curry sauce, sticky rice and pickles. Get it here or make your own.
