We are looking for a full-stack Web developer with strong front-end development skills and experience in Ruby on Rails. We expect you to be comfortable building responsive interfaces and using modern Web development techniques such as modular Javascript and Sass.

We expect you to have experience in:

  • HTML, CSS (Sass), Javascript
  • Ruby on Rails
  • Git (Github)

The project uses jQuery and our own Bigbird framework.

You will be working in a friendly team with another developer, a scrum master, a designer and a QA engineer in our London office in Angel. The project is due to start on August 11 and will last eight weeks.

We work in agile sprints and use Github pull requests for code reviews. The project is planned to cover four two-week sprints.

Please apply via Recruiterbox and upload or link to your CV.

No agencies, please.

Our London office is in an old canal-side wharf building in Islington where you would get to work with a lovely, talented bunch of makers and thinkers. And a crazy Weimaraner. To find out more, here's a video Studio Life made about us:

Ilya Tulvio

Ilya Tulvio Technology Director

Ilya was tech director at Made by Many and believes in the potential for technology to empower and liberate. He started his first company as a teenager and studied computer science at university (only to drop out to run a software agency). He has worked as a cruise ship cleaner, a journalist and a web developer. His most dubious claim to fame is that he founded the first Finnish weblog.
