Check out all the good stuff that we're talking about at the Made by Many offices. This week we're discussing less obvious accessibility issues, gift ecologies, underground railways, eating kale and looking at cute armadillos.

Tweet at @zociechowska if you'd like us to know about your cool thing.

What are we doing to become better workers/human beings?

We're snapping up a few spots at this year's Unusual Suspects Festival to learn about unlikely connections for social change.

We're using Ann Friedman's Disapproval Matrix to know who's criticising and who's just hating.

And we're going to the Ada's List Summer Meet and Greet at General Assembly on August 5th. Come along.

Which articles are causing a stir in our office?

Your brain hates you, and other hazards of metrics - Why measuring isn't bad, the real problem is the human brain.

An Alphabet of Accessibility Issues - Empathetic and to the point, 26 issues which might one day be our own.

Sharing Economies to Gift Ecologies - why the term 'sharing economy' is simply broken and how we can replace it with something more sustainable.

Young designers to watch - a list of eight recent graduates who are making names for themselves with their cool design ideas.

These people know what you're going to want to eat before you do - A long read about how kale ended up on your dinner plate.

Cory Arcangel's new book Working On My Novel - uber cool digital artist Cory Arcangel publishes a book made up of tweets from people who are working on their novel.

And finally, in response to Isaac Pinnock's blog post about testing job ads for gender-coded languageat Made by Many, Kat Matfield made this gender decoder for job ads.

What's on at the cinema?

The Barbican's City Visions film festival will start in September and it looks absolutely wonderful. Our favourites are this live-scored documentary about Sao Paolo and Vertov's classic Man with a Movie Camera.

We're watching this Urban Heart Surgery documentary about the construction of a brand new railway under London.

How are we entertaining ourselves?

By watching this armadillo roll around on the floor with his favourite pink toy. That's right.

Laughing in the face of the absurd with Samuel Beckett's motivational cat posters.

Getting some of these jar caps 3D printed so we can turn empty jars into useful things.

What kind of art and design are we stroking our chins to?

The Designs of the Year 2014 exhibition is marked in our calendars. It features a floating school in a Nigerian lagoon, friendly lamp posts and a DIY mobile phone.

The Russian Photography Now exhibition is worth a visit at Calvert 22 Gallery. On until August 17th.

What about sports?

A massive pat on the back to Nicholas Parkes who scored a hockey goal for Scotland this week. Nicholas is the brother of one of the Many.

What are we eating this week?

We picked up some of these Carousel Oyster Delights this week and filled them with ice cream. Win.

P.S. Here's some ice cream that changes colour when you lick it!
